Agree. I liked going to Anaheim.
Thanks for posting video of LB Arena, saw some good games there. My first LB game ws there in 1979 vs Pepperdine.

On March 2, 2026, the BW announced an extension for the Lee Family Arena in Henderson until March 2030 with an option until 2033. I am guessing they are getting a great price to use the arena; otherwise, having the tourney in Nevada makes no sense. I used to attend and enjoy the tourney in Anaheim for many years and found nothing wrong with the arena. I will never go to Henderson to see the tourney. Previous Message
The Big West Commissioner Butterfly has done little to nothing to promote much of anything that helps Big West members. He extended the contract for the Big West Basketball tournament to continue in Henderson Nevada. Attendance at those games is n meager. It costs the schools more to have it there with hotel and transportation costs higher than if it was more localized in the LA area.
These problems will continue now for the next several years.
