How did you get on with the BHP machine you bought,

I found another in the end and bought it last week. This one is 6mths old and been used twice so like new, haven’t used it yet because they say I have to install win7 on my pc first instead of xp which is a pain.

How do you find BHP to deal and did they charge you any admin fee for transferring
