Cheers, got the file back 2 days later

Wasn't a big surprise it smoked, its high mileage so was a bit of a test but just a pity it took so long to get a replacement. They claim the server needed refreshing... Whatever.

As for the admin fee, its seems its a new thing they have introduced and just happened to of started between Lee buying yours and me buying mine.. yeh right! but said I can go and spend the day with them and get free training if I want it so evens out in the end.

Shaky start with them but hopefully run smoother from now.
