Gerard, all seem to have problems I use a Drewtech Mongoose cable for GM & Saab seems to work ok but some of the others seem to be iffy I have enough problems day to day with diag to be wondering when i get no comms or hanging issues etc if it's the VCi so I am just getting the genuine OE interfaces for manufacturers we do most then one less thing to worry about.

Ive heard support is good from Drewtech but was a bit hacked off when the guy couldn't be arsed to answer my third question.
