I hear what you're saying....but to me, when looking at our past recent coaches, KOC > Zimmer > Frazer > Childress > Tice, Only Zim got a second contract and I don't know how many years he fulfilled on it before getting canned. To me, I was happy to see all them go so we could blow it up and start over again. With KOC, I just have a better feeling about him. I don't think he's a young Bud Grant or anything, but I think he's someone you can build on and I'm hoping he can check his ego at the door and learn from each passing season and build on it for the following year. And when I say we have a good foundation, I'm referring more to our coaching structure, not so much the players. That's why I'm not a Kwesi fan. Guess I'm getting tired of blowing it up and constantly starting over again.
