They are a problem and the manufacturers are improving some cars. Then, Hyundai and VW bring out a new model with a led strip right across the front and rear.
My own headlights have various stages of light and multiple lens so light is not directed too high and the rear lights are smaller.
What is apparent is i can stop at a junction, then take my foot off the brake pedal and the brake lights stay on until i move forward so i expect many other cars also do this.
My eyes are affected by the LED lights a lot in Country lanes. Saturday is a long drive in the dark to Birmingham early then dark most of the way home but i will be wearing some anti glare glasses this time.
