I bow to your experience Geoff, and the Judges, but I fail to see how he is breaking the law if his T's and C's clearly state that the bikes are not rideable or road worthy. This seems to be a case of "buyer beware" and it is the buyer's responsibility to seek out what is wrong and in need of repair before buying, and get that written down. If the seller cannot qualify that, or refuses, walk away. Maybe it wasn't this particular clause the Judge was referring too. Den |
