Just like C Jon if I want fish I go to a fish fry or fish boil. We have so many of them it would take a while to get to them all. This area of Chicagoland is called The Chain of Lakes, so we eat a lot of fish. C Jon is down river from me.

We had some serious flooding the last few weeks. Carp get trapped behind in the flood waters. People were shooting them with bow and arrows, using nets, and all my kids (I am a middle school teacher) were talking about shooting them with pellet guns. Anyone know a good carp recipe?
