I had a point-to-point wireless service tbat had ok speeds, but super unreliable, dropped service for seconds at a time 20-30 times a day.
Telcel en Hogar is a decent service if you live in a part of town with good cell signal. Reasonably fast and Reasonably priced if you aren't a heavy user. It's soft capped at 100gb and $200/10gb above that (IIRC, maybe it's $100?). If you are a heavy user it can get pricy quick.
Starlink is very good. The speeds are decent, typically 60/6, and the latency is very good. It's a little pricy for the hardware and monthly, but for me the reliability is worth every peso. You have to have an unobstructed view of the sky to the north and west. Even small obstructions will greatly decrease the reliability of the service. You can get the Starlink app and it will let you check your visibility.
I've heard of people getting "good" fiber optic service here, but I've never seen it.
