Otis&few of his supporters, Jack Barnett, Scotty Sage, Dale Mewhorter, Fred Trokey, Ernie Cloud, Dana Finley, Dick Pool, maybe 25/30 others...take their hot rods to the south valley...
Thus began, the great Speedway Park/Albuquerque Raceway wars....

This summer, by the time the dog days of summer roll around...VERY real possibility exists,
There will be...3 dirt tracks operating within an 80 mile radius.
Two within a 30 mile radius.
Same business's vying for the same racers/fans.
Moral.:
The racers, will go where they feel most wanted/appreciated.
A~hole promoter...gonna go the way of the dinosaur,(never heard Royal referred to by that moniker).
Gonna be a reeeaaally interesting summer...boys&girls.
