Enhance local racing? I could see building another track if the Sandia/NAPA/Motiva Clay track came to an end, but building a new track within the same driving distance of Albuquerque as the current track does not Enhance the local racing community if there isn't enough community to support the track you already have, does it not? If you want to use the word Enhance, then find a way to increase Pay-out's with Local companies Track sponsorship, put a strict Tech team in place to ensure that every car that competes is within that classes rules for competition so that out of town drivers can feel they have a chance of competing, help the current track with a Catch fence that can safely protect Fans & Driver's alike in the Main Grandstands & Pit Stands, I'm just a Dirt racing fan and in my opinion, Building another track close by does not enhance the local racing community, it strains the already tight finances of the Race Teams & Fans that support the racing we currently enjoy.
