I just finished up making a pot of chicken bone broth with some pork neck bones for some good collegen. I add a T or 2 of apple cider vinegar to help get the good stuff out of the bones. It jelled up really well so this is a good batch. I freeze it in ice cube trays and then we can just pop out a few to heat up. We enjoy a cup of it in the afternoon and I really think it's been helping Andy's arthritis. He is almost pain free!
