Proof will be in the pudding (so to speak) Posted by Nonie on 3/22/2019, 12:39 pm Okay today is day one SS, I am using original 330. I fasted till 10:30 then put my scoop of Cambridge in a bowl, added 1/3 my daily dose of collegen, 1 teaspoon of MCT oil and water. Stirred it up. I have a 32 ounce of water beside my "pudding". I have been having a little of the 330 combination and taking a large drink of water. My goal is to alternate the two of them till all the water is gone. That will be one meal for me. Hopefully I will continue with my SS'ing this way,,all day.

What brand of collegen are you using? Does it thicken up? Do you mind saying how much you paid? I just finished up making a pot of chicken bone broth with some pork neck bones for some good collegen. I add a T or 2 of apple cider vinegar to help get the good stuff out of the bones. It jelled up really well so this is a good batch. I freeze it in ice cube trays and then we can just pop out a few to heat up. We enjoy a cup of it in the afternoon and I really think it's been helping Andy's arthritis. He is almost pain free!

I am sure it isnt as good as homemade. Maybe I will get a can out on the counter and if I start feeling hungry I will heat some up and sip on it. It seems like I use to do that years ago on Cambridge. We all have to find out what works for us. Pam, I have been using a powdered kind called Native Path. Right now they have a special. 28 servings for 15.99. The liquid(canned) bone broth doesn't thicken up. My hair is growning back dark charcoal. I liked my silver color better, lol
