Some of you may remember me. Will I just got my blood work back and I am pre diabetic. My doctor wants to see me in August with weight off. Keto is the rage but I have never seen weight come off as fast as Cambridge. Sonali lost around 85 pounds in 3 months and Pam lost 95 in 4 months if I recall correctly.
