Hi, Folks:

June was brutal for me!! But I ate the last Mac ‘n’ Cheese at 11:40 pm yesterday.

Despite the upcoming holiday (again), I have vowed to be straight sole source for the month of July in order to wipe away the sins of June.

Payback is a b——ch!!! Anyway, I slurped my shake this morning before I left for the hospital. I hope the eternal frustrations of the day do not derail me.
