I'm lost when you speak about a video about cholesterol that I posted. The video that I last posted was "The Cambridge Weight Plan Week 4 - How To Lose 56 Lbs In 12 Weeks!" In it Laurence weighs in at 4 weeks and talks about the journey. Nowhere do I hear cholesterol mentioned. On my post all it shows me is the week 4 video done by Laurence. How and where did you come across the cholesterol video. OK, perhaps the cholesterol video showed at the very end of Laurence's video as one of youtube's "suggested" videos. Maybe that's what you are speaking of.
"DON'T OPEN THE BOX" was one of the phrases always mentioned in a lot of his videos he posted on Youtube for his clients/followers. What it means is when you go to your cupboards/cabinets/pantry and eyeball that box of oreos/pringles/snacks/cupcakes/vanilla wafers/breakfast bars/etc... DO NOT OPEN THEM. Leave them alone. Opening that box only delays your goals and after 3 minutes of pleasure you have the next 24 hours/week/month to live with your consequences.
That said, I do miss my human food vacuum days of 16 yo to 39 years old when I could eat anything, anytime day or night and never, ever go above 185/190. I'd do anything to go back to those days. Eat, eat, eat at Shakeys for an hour. Go back 6 or 7 times, keep gobbling down chicken, pizza, spaghetti, mojo potatoes, salad, cinnamon rolls, more pizza then hop in my truck and work another 8 hours in the hot sun delivering vending machines no problem. Was not bloated, was not sick, just a good full belly and back to working in 95-110 degree heat moving 600 pound machines till 9pm or 10pm some nights.
Those were the good ol days, eh?
