I was suckered into viewing a cholesterol advertisement that apparently was embedded in your post. After reading your quizzical reply, I then became aware that these advertisements may appear to be part of another person’s post. I have wised-up now.

I can’t imagine you doing all that hard work in the hot sun.

In my youth, we had an all girls rhythm and blues band and on the weekends we will perform on the college circuit. We ate like pigs right after the gig and come Wednesday we had to starve in order to get into our costumes. Those were the good all days for me.

However with age, I can no longer get away with that kind of behavior. :-)

I have my water at my desk and I’m following wihat Laurence recommended in the video. Of course, I need to the run to the bathroom more often. But I guess that’s the price one has to pay.
