Rex, you have missed a golden opportunity. I met John Key last week, he was at Golflands in Hastings. He came up to my golfing partner and I with a very friendly greeting, then he proceeded to hit a few golf balls on the practice fairway.

A very nice, really friendly guy. There wouldn't be many countries in the world where the PM feels free enough to walk up to complete strangers for a quick word.
