Mark im in turmoil with Kilwell at the moment over there WARRANTY practices, and frankly there practices are APAULING to say the least. Patch up jobs seem to be the specialty at the moment. I wont delve into all the rubbish ive been through in the last couple of weeks, hopefully this can be resolved silently, however i suggest they take a look at themselves and there practices before they start losing customers, even the "small players" matter!!!!!!
