Chad, there were four sets of 116 hooks. An equal number of each hook/knot combination were used for each set. The differences in fish caught are clear enough. I can't do the calculation in my head, but I don't believe that is necessary. I'd be amazed if the differences are not statistically significant.
Also, the results were replicated in other comparisons made by Paul's Kites. For example, 1740 circle hooks over many sets caught 507 snapper and 1740 J hooks caught 317 snapper. That is surely another significant difference.
