Just checking out property where she lives in Leeds. The average price of a home is like £150,000. There's plenty that are under £100,000. That's crazy.

Then checked out the rentals. £525 seems to be the average price. But these aren't usually one bedroom places. For just £900/month, which is £200 more than I pay now, I can get a four bedroom house. For £750, I can get a two bedroom penthouse in the city centre. For £725, I can live in a gated community with a granite worktop. Everybody likes granite.

That's really the way to go. Move to these inbred villages. Of course, the difficulty is finding work. There must be something, though. Let's check Gumtree.

Hmm...scooter driver, wait staff, pizza chef. Wow. £6.70 for a pizza chef. Good luck. The same establishment pays minimum wage for a cashier. Is the minimum wage less than £6.70? £6.50, I guess. What a joke. Carer for £7.15.

And that's it. So I see the problem. Bunch of pizza delivery jobs. Their economy must be based entirely on pizza delivery. Kind of interesting.

I mean, I have the experience but I don't have a driver's licence. And I don't know how to drive a scooter. And my experience is from 15 years ago. And the pay probably isn't good. I mean, £30/night plus £1/delivery is what one place suggests. That's awful. I don't think there's many deliveries in these small villages. So what...£40/night? That's not even minimum wage, surely. No. $5/hour.

So yeah. That's crap.
