Bloody poops. Anyone else afflicted? I think it's from not pooping for a while. But I had two good diahrea dumps in the past three days so it should be out of my system. Also, maybe that Nandos hot sauce played a minor role.
I'm not worried about it any more. It's just hard poo tearing my rectum. Nothing to get excited about. It heals.
