I was watching YouTube a couple weeks ago and there's an American guy talking about mobile phone games. And that's what he called them. Not "moe-bile" like the idiot British but the American way.
But...when I was there it was "cell phone". Short for "cellular telephone". Do you suppose "mobile phone" has taken over? Do they also just call them "mobiles"?
I'm really out of the American loop. I should go on vacation there. Maybe they call it "holiday" now.
What would be awesome is to explore the country by motorcycle ala Easy Rider. Maybe avoid the South. But see the rest of the country.
I was looking at the feasibility of motorcycle driving in Scotland. I mean, if I'm thinking of driving (which would require some lessons even though I drove in the US) I might as well consider a motorcycle.
I don't know how bad the winters get here, though. And I'm concerned about my frail body not being able to pick up a motorcycle or whatever one needs strength for.
Yeah, driving a Harley would be cool but I was even looking at bikes recommended for new riders and they looked cool too. And not that expensive. As low as £5000 for a new Honda or the like. Amazing mpg rating so save big on gas. You know. Be good for commuting assuming this winter thing isn't a problem.
Can get a leather jacket with a big American flag patch on the back. Driving along Western Scotland going to various courts. This would be total badassery. And the chicks? Forget it. They'd be all over that shit.
So...yeah, thinking about it. Holy crap. Did you know that you can just slide your finger across the keyboard instead of hitting each key individually? What a time saver. And you don't even have to be that accurate. Amazing.
