Yeah, nobody buys DVDs any more and I think that Blue Ray never took off but still it's surprising. I've been watching my Simpsons DVDs for the past couple weeks. What are people going to do when they find themselves without internet and haven't downloaded many films or TV shows?
But of course digital is the way things are going. As a consumer it's largely for the best. DVDs break. Plus they take up space.
Anyway, I made it to season 4 with my Simpsons DVD purchases. I think I moved to the UK when season 5 came out so there was a dilemma with buying the US or the UK version. There's another problem with DVDs.
Went to get my court pass today. Not a long trek to the court. Not sure when I'll start, though.
And ordered a munchie box today. I'm excited. Only one place delivering at 1.30 pm that sold these. It's an Indian/chicken place. The box has: chicken pakora, vegetable pakora, onion rings, chips, donner meat, chicken chaat, salad and two dips. Pakora is some kind of Indian frying technique I guess. Not sure what chaat is. Also ordered a kebab. All for £13.50 including extortionate £2.50 delivery charge. That's more than I'd tip and I tip generously. So no need to tip here. I'm excited to see this munchie box though.
