Speaking of badassery, made some more meatloaf today. Now I remember the problem with meatloaf. It requires eggs. Well, just one egg. But you have to buy eggs six at a time. So that means you have to make six meatloafs in a short space of time. You quickly get sick of it.
Sure, I could eat the eggs separately. The only way I can stomach eggs in hard-boiled, though. And I can never get the timing right. I don't want it to be runny and I don't want it to be green.
Also, I don't like them anyway. They're rubbery and are only edible when you load them with salt. I may as well just eat the salt. Also, by the time you get the shell off, the egg is cold.
What other ways are there to make eggs? Maybe I'm overlooking something. I know about sunny side up. That's good for vomit-inducing but not casual dining.
Scrambled is almost edible but that's as high as I can take the praise.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. I saw some other examples on a website but they were either variations of these already mentioned themes or shit that I've never heard of before and didn't look appetising or easy to make.
I suppose I could make another dish that requires an egg but...I can't think of any. And I don't like egg dishes anyway. The only reason it's acceptable in meatloaf is because I can't taste the egg.
Anyway, I'm going to take a nap. No more transcripts...actually, I do have a new one but it's only 2 and a half hours but I'm not going to think about it.
