Speaking of rent, got another offer from that scumbag lettings agent. In the interests of expediency, they're now willing to drop the case for £600. Two days ago, it was £800.

I declined the offer saying that I don't owe the man a cent and am happy to go to trial. It's no bluff. That guy is in some deep doo doo and he knows it. He's brought a completely bogus, harassing claim against somebody with over a decade of experience in the courts, somebody who knows the judges, and has a mountain of evidence. He's fucked big time.

And I'm going to take that winning judgement and submit it to the council to demonstrate that he's of unfit moral character to let properties. Then I'm going to send it to his regulatory body, what little good that will do. Then I'm going to post my whole experience all over the internet so people will know not to rent properties from that scumbag.
