Re: This place is still shit
The cells in the human body are constantly replacing themselves. We retain the memories but our bodies are being replaced all the time, with cells with shorter telomeres each and every time, copying and copying and occasionally making errors, kinda like making copies of copies of VHS tapes ad infinitum, it isn't pretty. We're copies of our younger selves, we retain most of the memories and sometimes pretend we were what we were. Our hair greys and falls out, our joints deteriorate, we ache more and more and don't have the stamina or health we once took for granted. And one by one we start to die. It ####ing hurts and it makes me angry inside. I want to take all that energy and put it to good use.
