If you want to know what it tastes like, just imagine eating a bowl of shredded chicken.
There were also some chunks of potato and noodles that added to the flavour. Potatoes and noodles, of course, being reknowned for their rich flavour.
It turned out very much like the jambalaya. It can be eaten but you're not going to enjoy the experience. Fortunately, there's not nearly as much of this stuff as there was with the jambalaya.
I don't know who's eating this stuff. I followed the recipe to the letter except I susbstituted the beef with chicken. And I didn't add carrots. Otherwise, 100% accurate.
They also recommended using hot sauce to flavour. I did that as well and it wasn't an improvement.
I didn't add salt or pepper. I guess that's a factor. But...I don't like using salt and pepper. A dish should be good without loading it with salt and pepper.
Anyway, that's it for this crap. But it was easy to make. Not expensive. So whatever.
