it looks to me that VOSA are going to get involved with garage quality control. the recent article in matters of testing on the centre pages indicated to me that Vosa, OFT and NCC have been talking and that VOSA will be taking more of a lead in policing? I may be reading this wrong but Vosa staff have less to do now we have computerisation.
