Having just returned from USA (Florida)full of new vigor and ideas for improving the work shop and business,reading my latest MOT testing mag i soon descended into my old disillusioned/down hearted pre holiday mood,the cause, the almost certain introduction of the 4-2-2 testing scheme.Also the possibility of VOSA run stations.
Even as we discuss the issues the motor trade will go into decline,i for one will not be investing in new equipment or staff,Don't think this will not effect those of you who do not get involved in MOTs it will effect all.Other independents like my self will finally throw in the towel,most customers then having to use dealers,which will invest in there own staff to carry out the work.This will effect all the trade from parts/factors/eqpt suppliers ect.
There is much more i can add to this thread but don't want to make it to long.
