For any cars abandonded I`ve always parked them out on the steet, followed by a phone call/letter telling the owner whats been done and that the vehicle is now on a public highway without valid tax. Its always moved theyre arse into gear in the past, but after reading this thread I`m obviously in breach of duty of care??
