Hello, this duty of care, is this the presiding judges interpretation of it, it could/probaly is wrong, I would investigate duty of care thoroughly before i accepted anything, judge or no judge, i have found this to be the case on more than one occasion, and appealed, a lot of court cases get won and lost on notions, pay a barrister a consultation fee, to get the researched definitive, its cheaper in the long run.
