I have only once had reason to Return anything, I bought 50 non genuine Renault coils off them But with the Understanding that if they started causing problems, They would take them "ALL" back, After Selling 2 sets and having a problem with both sets within days of fitting them, I Called them to See what they would do about it, Expecting to get Fobbed off, I was surprised when they Replaced All 50 coils with Beru or Sagem at no Extra cost.

I would not Normally try to get reimbursed for Labour costs as this is usually when the problems start, And would only do this in Exceptional circumstances.
