They do seem to have a strange approach to warranty. Having said that, I have returned a couple of items,which ,after some quibbles they refunded the cost of, but no labour.
One of which was a BMW radiator. I had reservations on the quality of the item at the time of installation. With the benefit of hindsight and a face full of hot coolant, I think it originated in the country where the next Olympic Games are going to be held.
They are perhaps, more of a supplier to Joe public at cheap prices. Their warranty countdown starts at the point of sale date on their invoice, rather than when you sell on to the customer.
I will use them as a supplier, but only in emergency, and stick to recognised trade outlets for most items.
