A customer of ours ordered a Renault engine for us to fit, it turned up a couple of weeks later but was an 8 valve not a 16v.
They refused to pick it up & he had to drive 200 miles to return it to get his refund, he said that getting the refund took him longer than it took him to drive there.
Sounds like you need to draught a strongly worded letter mate!
