Hi Mark,

I ordered a gear box from them for a Renault Laguna, didn't show up, every time I managed to contact them, it was "will be delivered on Friday, will be delivered on Wednesday etc.
I finally canceled and was told a refund would be made to my credit card. No refund was made. I wrote to Barclaycard and have just had a letter confirming that Barclaycard have refunded me along with the interest that I had to pay. This has taken over two months. Barclaycard are going to investigate.
