I am having the same nightmare with another company that ordered a MX5 engine from. That was back in June 2008. I never received the engine from them and all I get on the phone is we will refund you today and so on. I used 24/7 spares and the company that contact me is ...... Well I don't know is if want to name and shame yet.I spoke to them again yesterday and he said that the refund will be done in the next half an hour and that he will fax me the proof. Suprise suprise 3 hours later I received nothing so I called again and got through there accounds office. I asked them if the refund has been done and see said I look in to it and /i give you a call back. Nothing. I then called again and I spoke to the owner again. He said well you gone above me calling the accounds office ( I din't I used the same number and they picked they phone up) and he said well now you get the refund when ever. He was rude and he put the phone down on me.

My cock up is that I used the companys debit visa card and I hope I am covered. I spoke to my bank and they are sending me a form to complete.

I am not a happy bunny.. £740.00 maybe down the drain.
