Hi Mark, No we are not. I get asked all the time to drop prices. I would match a genuine quote from another garage if they are using parts of matching quality etc. But I do not get many. You will always get somebody else to do a cheaper job, I always quote my price and stick to it.

The customers that only want a cheap job done will nearly always be back to haunt you in one way or another. Stick to your price mate and offer a good service that's all that's needed.
