Thank you, I agree about 'those' customers. It's very difficult when faced with dealers giving ridiculous service prices out likel; £87.00 for a service on an Astra!! Just what do they get for that, we know, not a lot but they customers don't see any difference. Interestingly I have done a considerable amount of research into main agent pricing, well I've had all the female members of my family call up and check these quotes, of course it was never that simple. e.g. french main agent offered service 'from' (magic word) 89 quid when my sis called preteding to have a 206 she was actually told it end costing over £250!! quite a difference. Let me know is there is anyway to beat this scullduggery!
