A little off topic but I recently had a new engine ECU for a A3 that had been previously fitted and coded, I got round it with help from AL but obviously complained to our Scunny branch manager she asked me to invoice them and "see how it goes?!" I have invoiced for a hours labour (£44+vat)
I will let you know the outcome...
