I think i have been extremely patient with James but enough is enough yes i am doing this in public but as others have said it's can be very difficult to get an answer from James finally i would only like two things the issues i have paid for and an apology for the delay wouldn't go amiss............... I only expect to get what i have paid for
I expected not to get them due to the almost THREE YEAR GAP between issues
when i don't get what i have paid for , yes I consider legal action and usually take it.
What i don't get is why you defend a three year gap between issues it's simply unacceptable your customers wouldn't accept you finishing their service after three years would they ??
