I'm sure everyone gets the drift of this post. You were unhappy, that is understandable.
During the intervening period of the bulletins being issued several communications were made to ensure subscribers aware of the situation, and to indicate likely timescales for publication, although this was always somewhat of a moving feast due to other external factors.
I wasn't happy that there was a large delay, but it has been something I have had to deal with and overcome. I have, at all stages, acknowledged there was an issue with their delivery, and I have worked towards resolving it.
I made an offer to refund subscribers who called and spoke to either Bev or I, who were worried about the delay in publication. After all, I was holding the equivalent of £33.33 of the subscription amount paid for the outstanding 5 issues of the bulletin service that had yet to be delivered. Of all those I offered to refund the £33.33, to a man, no one wanted this partial refund. Everyone was willing to wait for the service to be resumed as they find the content well worth the subscription.
Your selection of a public forum to ask questions, to make your points and overt threats of legal action was your choice and could, unfortunately, be perceived by your peers to indicate aspects of negativity, perhaps an ulterior motive or possibly a hidden agenda. I have re-read all of the posts, and there is indeed merit in the logic that Peter has identified; his pointing this out seems to have 'ruffled your feathers' which qualifies this perception for me personally. However, life is far too short, and my time is far too valuable for me to further speculate or worry on these specific points.
This will be my final post on this thread, and I shall draw it to a conclusion by saying that I am delighted that 99.99% of bulletin subscribers have supported me during this time, and for that I am truly thankful.
I will keep everyone appraised on the exciting developments being made to my ongoing bulletin service.
Please remember that the final issue of this set is scheduled to be delivered during October.
Kind regards
James.
