I used the public forum after many attempts to contact you failed. I have used several computers to try to email you all of which bounce back undelivered, (yes i am using the correct address). I have phoned several times and the calls were unanswered

I have also never complained about the quality of the issues only the fact that it has taken nearly three years to get them out.

I also do not want a refund only what was paid paid for also any offer a refund is news to me in any case.

I have no hidden agenda only what i have clearly and openly stated.

Negativity yes I strongly object to the three year delay.

If the issues are sent out as promised then there will be no further comment.

Finally I note there is still no sign of an apology.......
