Hi Paul, What vehicle was it and why do you think it needed re configuring. ? had it lost the configuration or had someone changed it. ?

We have had a few VW's with faulty convenience units where it can be changed to single stage locking to get it working again and PSA group vehicles where flat batteries have caused issues.
