I personaly do not like the way things are going even on the points you have raised alone

The more I think about it the less I like it.
It could turn basically all Law abiding citizens into over night criminals, ie the little blip of the throttle and the car grasses you up for speeding

Insurance companies finding the smallest reason for not honouring a claim.

In car cameras. Facing inwards looking at you picking your nose (driving without due care)
Take away supper with the missus/girlfriend

Ransom-ware your car / manufacturer

This could just be an age thing and the youngsters may love it but Big Brother will know more about you than you would like or even be aware of.

I'm sure if I ever had to own a vehicle of the now/future with this type of technology I would just have it on a lease type deal as I would never feel it was really mine .

Could go on ,,,,,,,,,,,but I won't
