Yes I have noticed a price increase over the last couple of weeks

I did query with my branch and they said as I do not spend enough my discount gets less (I work on my own, how much do they think I can spend??)

I spoke to a rep and he confirmed this, I told him this was a crazy idea. It's a bit like your house insurance renewal it always goes up, but new customers get a far better price. If you want more of my business then surely you would increase my discount to keep me on board, not take it away......their loss

Not used AP so much recently, I know they need to re-stock, but when I give them part numbers for filters etc they don't seem to have them and send an alternative (which i did not ask for). Not to sure why they should have Crosland on their shelves (thought that was an ECP brand only )

What with Brexit and inflation knocking on the door of 4% we could see parts prices still rising

I have always been a loyal customer of one factor, but find myself checking around 3 or 4 now on prices, which I hate doing
