    Hi Paul

I must say i am amazed at you guys letting customers take cars without paying. I NEVER, EVER let a car go out without payment (only if i know the customer extremely well).

I do have many companies that i do work for and they have a 30 day account, but i would never let a new customer take a vehicle without paying

I think this is also about respect, most of my customers i know, or come recommended. We do a good honest job, so they must have a realy good reason why they cannot pay when they collect. When the job is done, invoices are compiled right away ready for payment

I would like to know your reasons why you think a customer should take a vehicle without paying?????......is it because your to soft . If you let customers walk all over you, then they will not respect you

    Peter
