we've been live now since the 18th april & took part in trial stage 3 since march, It took a while to get used to, the failure items are listed word for word in the testing manual, but because the genral public hav'nt got one of these we NEED a translation dictionary, The VOSA chap that made us live did'nt know what number to look for on the analisers, so we ended up with casing serial numbers instead of machine serial numbers for the the only thing we've found is that the public still ar'nt very patient with things they dont understand, such as why do i need to bring my V5 to get a duplicate & if the details are wrong at our end or on the VOSA server the customer gets a letter telling them to go to the nearest DVLA office to get there V5 altered (just for a simple clerical error).
