    Tony you don't need all the testers when you go live. You need the main man and if you have a delegate it would be sensible to have him there too. There is a little more training but it's only to do with administration. Adding testers to the system, how to bring in the spare card if someone has left their card at home etc etc.

    I've got to say when we went live the guy from Siemens and VOSA were at loggerheads with each other. They could not agree about anything. In the end I had to say my piece and that they didn't fill me with optimism.

    You will soon get used to the system for day to day testing but there are other menus that will take time to learn. In my opinion it's a much bigger software package than I first expected.

    When it runs it's OK but when it goes down the time it takes to sort it can be considerable especially when you are busy. Never mind all the high tech stuff and diagnostics on this site the bread and butter MOT side is changing too.
