Hi James, While I don't agree with substituting parts, you can see if they are charging your time at £60 per hr or whatever, then how many hrs can you charge out?
When an accountant runs a business,they have no mercy & are just worried about bottom line & nothing else. Perhaps they have it right & we have it wrong (but have a consience!)
The main advantage in a delaer is the repeat faults
